City council approves rezonings

Hartselle's City Council recently approved two rezoning requests.
The council unanimously approved rezonings on Barkley Bridge Road and Garner Road.
The Barkley Bridge rezoning was for two acres previously zoned single family residential. The change will allow garden homes to the built on the property.
The Garner Road change rezoned 20 acres from agricultural to residential. The land will be divided into single family residential lots.
