Dovie McKee

Funeral for Dovie McKee, 82, of Cullman was Wednesday, May 24, at 3 p.m. at Rock Creek Baptist Church with the Rev. Brandon Loy officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.
Burial was in Rock Creek Cemetery.
Mrs. McKee died Sunday, May 21, 2006, at her residence. She was a longtime member of Rock Creek Baptist Church, then moved to Cullman where she moved her membership to Mission Grove Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Alvin McKee.
She is survived by two sons, James Allen McKee and wife Dorthy and Roger Carroll McKee and Sandra Green; a daughter, Sylba Ann Paris and husband Almon; a brother, Henry Steadham; four sisters, Gloria Mae Bailey Green, Dorthy Monroe, Lynnoytte Speegle, Martha Steadham; eight grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Bobby Bailey, Donnie Barber, Ken Barber, Mike Steadham, Roland McKee, Bret Simpson, Sonny Speegle and Dewayne Ward.
