Funeral for Billy Ferguson, 63, of Matthews, N.C., was Sunday, June 4, at 3 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Jerry Garrison officiating.
Burial was in Mt. Tabor Cemetery.
Mr. Ferguson died Thursday, June 1, 2006, in Rowan County Medical Center. He was born Aug. 8, 1942, in Rowan County, N.C. to Freeman Ferguson and Pearl James Ferguson.
He is survived by two sons, Brian Ferguson and Keith Landers, both of Matthews, N.C.; a daughter, Candy Landers of Hartselle; two brothers, Harold Ferguson and Jimmy Ferguson, both of Hartselle; four grandchildren, Angela Ferguson, Crystal Landers, Bryan Landers and Mark Landers.
