Jail escapee turns himself back in

A Morgan County Jail inmate who walked away from work detail last week turned himself into the authorities one day later.
Michael Tyrone Kellogg turned himself in at the Morgan County Jail June 17. He had escaped sometime between 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. the previous day. He was in jail on drug charges.
Kellogg now faces second degree escape charges as well.
