A graveside service for Shirley Fay Howard, 65, of Hazel Green was Thursday, June 15, at 2 p.m. at Johnson Chapel Cemetery with the Rev. A. Ray Lee officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.
Mrs. Howard died Tuesday, June 13, 2006, at her residence.
She was born July 15, 1940, in Morgan County to James G. Howard and Ora Mae Norris Howard. She was a homemaker.
She is survived by a son, Anthony "Tony" Hicks of Athens; a daughter, Denise Atchley of Hazel Green; a granddaughter, Kelly Lake; and a great-grandson, Aaron Lake.
