Funeral for Willie Fern Kyle Johnson, 97, of Falkville was Wednesday, June 21, at 3 p.m. at Shiloh Baptist Church with the Rev. Harlon Hood officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.
Burial was in Shiloh Cemetery.
Mrs. Johnson died Sunday, June 18, 2006, at Summerford Nursing Home.
She was born March 22, 1909, in Morgan County to Thomas E. Kyle and Mary Lou Pence Kyle.
She was a member of Shiloh Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Coleman R. Johnson and two sons, Donald Johnson and Eugene Johnson.
She is survived by two sons, Bennie Johnson of Vinemont and Jimmie Johnson of Somerville; two daughters, Mary Nell Day of Somerville and Peggy Hardage of Lacey's Spring; 17 grandchildren; 37 great-grandchildren; and 12 great-great-grandchildren.
Pallvbearers were Leo Johnson, Cleo Johnson, Billy Johnson, Bobby Johnson, Allen Kirby and Bobby Kirby.
