Two charged with stealing tools

A Somerville man and a Hartselle man are charged with theft of property in the second degree following alleged shoplifting at Home Depot in Decatur.
Bobby Dale Bukszar, 35, of 832 Union Road in Somervile, and James Lee Ayers Jr., 43, of 1600 Main Street in Hartselle, were arrested Sept. 5 by the Decatur Police Department. The two were allegedly seen taking property by Home Depot employees. The items included a cordless tool kit and grass seed, both valued at some $877.
Both were taken to Morgan County Jail on $750 bond.
