Helen Faye Legg, 69, of Hartselle was Wednesday, Sept. 27, at 3 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Wendell Callahan officiating.
Burial was in Oak Ridge Cemetery.
Mrs. Legg died Monday, Sept. 25, 2006, at her residence. She was born Oct. 30, 1936, in Morgan County to John Wesley Vest and Katie Hill Vest. She was preceded in death by a son, Larry Legg.
She is survived by two sons, Tony Legg of Hartselle and Ricky Legg of Murphreesboro, Tenn.; a daughter, Janice Russell of Hartselle; 10 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers were grandsons.
