Watson, Willis exchange vows

Beverly Henry Watson and Christopher Alan Willis, both of Panama City, Fla. were wed Saturday, Sept. 16, 2006, at 1 p.m. at West Hartselle Baptist Church with Dr. Jack Redfearn officiating.
The bride is the daughter of Terry and Linda Henry of Huntsville. The groom is the son of Reba Willis of Birsboro, Pa. and the late Raymond Willis. The bride was given in marriage by her father.
Kelley Davidson of Nashville was matron of honor.
Pamela Adams of Birmingham and Carolyn Richmon of Chevy Chase, Md. were bridal attendants.
Michael Young of Valdosta, Ga. was best man.
James Brown of Nashville and Gordon Richmon of Chevy Chase, Md. were groomsmen.
Following the ceremony, a reception was held at the church. The couple honeymooned in Pigeon Forge, Tenn. They reside in Hartselle.
Pevahouse, Floyd wed
Rachel Lynn Pevahouse of Hartselle and Michael Derek Floyd were wed Saturday, Sept. 9, 2006, at Forest Hill Baptist Church in Somerville.
The bride is the daughter of Darryl and Patricia Pevahouse of Hartselle. The groom is the son of Mike Floyd of Sevierville, Tenn. and Freda Floyd of Clinton, Tenn.
Ayres, Werner to wed Nov. 11
Mr. and Mrs. Hugh L. Ayres Jr. of Madison announce the engagement of their daughter, Tracey Elizabeth Ayres, to Lt. Cmdr. Eric John Werner, son of Judy Allen of Wrangell, Alaska and David Werner of Haines, Alaska.
The bride-elect is a 1999 graduate of Auburn University with a bachelor’s degree in communications. She served as reporter, producer and anchor for Alabama Public Television for five years. She is currently employed by the Alabama Department of Homeland Security as a communications director.
The groom-elect is a 1994 graduate of Boise State University with a bachelor’s degree in finance.
He was commissioned in 1996 as an ensign in the U.S. Navy. He earned his Wings of Gold in 1997 as a naval aviator and for eight years flew F/A-18 Hornets. He currently serves as a Navy Reservist flying DC-9s and is employed as a pilot with Alaska Airlines.
The wedding will be Nov. 11 at Latham United Methodist Church in Huntsville.
