Funeral for Charleen Vice Arrington, 89, of Falkville was Saturday, Sept. 30, at 2 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Jeff Redmond officiating.
Burial was in Pines Cemetery.
Mrs. Arrington died Wednesday, Sept. 27, 2006, at Summerford Nursing Home. She was born April 8, 1917, in Walker County to Charles W. Vice and Flossie Perkins Vice. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Hartselle. She was preceded in death by her husband, A. D. Arrington and a son, James D. Arrington.
She is survived by a daughter, Charlsie Wilson of Hartselle; two brothers, Cecil Vice and wife Mary of Hartselle and Charles W. Vice and wife Raney of Huntsville; three sisters, Nell Black of Hartselle, Jean Harrison and husband Bobby of Decatur and Louise Bowen and husband Elgin of Pines Community; seven grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers were John Corson, Phillip Edwards, Zach Edwards, Dustin Harris, Matt Harris and Michael Wilson.
