Funeral for Christine Ratcliff Burch, 90, of Danville was Friday, Sept. 29, at 11 a.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Jack Bailey officiating.
Burial was in Johnson Chapel Cemetery.
Mrs. Burch died Tuesday, Sept. 26, 2006, at NHC Healthcare of Moulton.
She was born Aug. 20, 1916, in Lawrence County to Carl Wade Ratcliff and Winnie Livingston Ratcliff. She was a member of Danville Baptist Church for 69 years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Neal Burch.
She is survived by a niece, Donna Ann French of Athens; and a nephew, John H. French III of Athens.
Pallbearers were Berry Cook, Jamie Cook, Greg Cook, Ralph Davis, Ralph Glenn, Junior Newberry and Charles Randolph.
Honorary pallbearer was Jimmy Ray Ratcliff.
