Funeral for Imogene Childers Mosteller, 75, of Madison was Sunday, October 15, at 1 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Daniel R. Mosteller officiating.
Burial was in Cullman City Cemetery.
Mrs. Mosteller died Thursday, Oct. 13, 2006, at her residence. She was born November 25, 1930, in Morgan County to James Johnson Childers and Ferrol Melissa Ford Childers.
She was a member of Eva Baptist Church and the Vinemont Order of the Eastern Star. She was preceded in death by her husband, C.C. (Billy) Mosteller, a son, Donald Lee Mosteller; a granddaughter, Julie Dianne Mosteller; a sister, Desmonee Driver; and her parents.
She is survived by three sons, James M. Mosteller and wife Kay of Hartselle, Leon D. Mosteller of Eva and Daniel R. Mosteller and wife Janette of Dallas, Texas; a daughter, Patricia M. Jeffreys and husband Steve of Madison; four brothers, William Childers and wife Mozelle, S.D. Childers and wife Annie, Ronald Childers and wife Brenda and Edsel Childers and wife Sharon, all of Eva; a sister, Lorene Saddler and husband Alton of Eva; 13 grandchildren, Jeremy Mosteller, Jennifer Mosteller, Jarrod Mosteller and Jonathan Mosteller, all of Hartselle; Marea and Jonathan Hurd of Oahu, Hawaii, Luke Mosteller of Massey, Beverly Jeffreys of Harvest, Kathryn Jeffreys and Michael Jeffreys, both of Madison, Tyler Mosteller and Melissa Mosteller, both of Dallas, Texas.
Pallbearers were Jeremy Mosteller, Jarrod Mosteller, Jonathan Mosteller, David Jeffreys, Michael Jeffreys, Tyler Mosteller and Luke Mosteller.
