Two indicted on murder charges

Two Morgan County men have been indicted for murder in unrelated cases.
Jimmy Young, 61, of Falkville was indicted by a Morgan County Grand Jury last week for the death of his wife, Peggy Ann Young, 54.
Young’s body was found Aug. 9 on the porch of the couple’s mobile home. She had been shot. She later died at Huntsville Hospital.
Young remains in Morgan County Jail on $10,000 bond.
In a separate case, Carlton Grayson, 59, of Lacey’s Spring, was indicted for the Aug. 26 death of his son, John Dewayne Grayson, 36.
The younger Grayson was stabbed Aug. 26 following an argument between father and son.
Grayson was released from jail on $10,000 bond.
