Funeral for Phillip Dewight Brown, 17, of Somerville was Sunday, Oct. 22, 2006, at 2 p.m. at Valhermoso Holiness Church with Bro. Melvin Brown officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.
Burial was in the adjoining cemetery.
Phillip died Friday, Oct. 20, 2006, at Decatur General Hospital. He was employed by Brown Aluminum as an operator. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Dewight Brown. He is survived by his parents; a brother, Kevin Michael Brown of Somerville; grandparents, Phillip and Sophia Lawrence of Cotaco and grandmother, Lucille Brown of Somerville.
