Gilbert Dual Edwards

A graveside service for Gilbert Dual Edwards, 89, of Falkville, was Saturday, Nov. 4, at 2:30 p.m. at Gum Springs Cemetery with Bro. Donald Dugger officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.
Mr. Edwards died Thursday, Nov. 2, 2006, at Decatur General Hospital. He was a member of the Nunn-Oden Masonic Lodge in Hartselle and a member of Steam Fitters Local #377 in Huntsville. He was a Methodist. He was preceded in death by his wife, Kathleen Edwards and a son, James H. Edwards.
He is survived by his wife, Louise Hammon Edwards of Falkville; two sons, Gilbert Allen Edwards and Donald Thomas Edwards, both of Decatur; a daughter, Carol Wilson of Falkville; two stepsons, Wayne Hammon of Tennessee and David Hammon of Texas; two stepdaughters, Linda Johnson of Hartselle and Sandra Olson of Tennessee; and eight grandchildren.
Pallbearers were friends and family.
