Funeral for Howard Junior Whitte Winton, 80, of Hartselle was Monday, January 1, at 3 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Ted Agee officiating.
Burial was in Hartselle City Cemetery.
Mr. Winton died Saturday, Dec. 30, 2006, at his residence. He was born October 14, 1926, in Morgan County to James Winton and Lula Mae Ray Winton.
He is survived by a son, Robert Winton of Lawrenceville, Tenn.; two daughters, Ann Summerford of Hartselle and Susan Smith of Cullman; a sister, Opal Winton; nine grandchildren; and 24 great-grandchildren.
Family members were pallbearers.
