Man arrested for holiday break-in

A Decatur man is behind bars after being accused of breaking into a car.
Jamie Laron Langford is charged with breaking and entering a vehicle. The alleged incident occurred Christmas Day at an apartment on 7th Ave. SE in Decatur.
Langford’s bond was set at $20,000 due to his failure to appear on several previous charges. He is currently being held in the Decatur City Jail on several charges, including trespassing in the third degree, failure to appear, domestic violence in the third degree, probation violation and giving a false name to a police officer.
He will be transferred to Morgan County Jail when he is released from Decatur Municipal Court.
