Harlem Ambassadors back
By Staff
The Harlem Ambassadors will be back in Morgan County Feb. 17 at 6 p.m. at the Calhoun Community College Gymnasium. The event benefits Morgan County’s Habitat for Humanity.
Similar to the Harlem Globetrotters, the Harlem Ambassadors is a fast-paced basketball game mixed with comedy routines. The Ambassadors will be playing a group of local celebrities who represent the Habitat Home Team. The halftime show also provides fun for the audience.
Nearly 1,000 people attended last year’s event, raising some $13,000 for Habitat for Humanity.
