Funeral for Reba Louise Brown Wilson, 82, of Valhermoso Springs was Tuesday, Jan. 30, at 1 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Al Phillips officiating. Burial was in Valhermoso Springs Holiness Church Cemetery. Mrs. Wilson died Saturday, Jan. 27, 2007, at Huntsville Hospital. She was a homemaker, seamstress, merchant and a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church in Lacey’s Spring.
She is survived by two sons, Modie Wayne Smith of Somerville and Larry C. Wilson of Valhermoso Springs; two daughters, Betty Johnson of Valhermoso Springs and Sue Smith of New Market; a sister, Inez Lang of Valhermoso Springs; seven grandchildren, Deborah Johnson, Denise Johnson McManus, Garry Freeman Jr., Jerry Freeman, Christon Smith, Courtney Wilson and Jesse Wilson; and eight great-grandchildren.
