Lady Tigers finish 2-2 at Sparkman Tournament
Hartselle's Lady Tigers had two wins and two losses in the Sparkman Pre-Season Invitational Tournament at Harvest on Friday night and Saturday.
"We went into the weekend knowing that we were going to play everyone," Hartselle head coach Shane Alexander said. "We wanted to win, of course, but we also wanted to see how our players would do against live pitching and other game-type situations.
"We had positive outcomes in our pitching and hitting. Defensively, we weren't as strong as I'd hope for. That's something we'll be working on to improve."
