Man charged in porn sting

A Decatur man is among those charged in connection with Project Safe Childhood, a nation-wide initiative designed to protect children from online exploitation and abuse.
John Lipscomb Hill, 37, is charged with two counts of possession of child pornography. The alleged conduct occurred from November 2005 to February 2006.
The Federal Bureau of Investigation is conducting the investigation of this case with the assistance of the Morgan County Sheriff’s Office.
