A graveside service for Susan Katherine Treadwell Smallwood, 59, of Carbon Hill will be Thursday, March 22, at 2 p.m. at Mt. Tabor Cemetery with the Rev. Glenn Smallwood officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.
Mrs. Smallwood died Sunday, Mar. 18, 2007, at her residence. She was born Sept. 21, 1947, in Pickens County to Glenn Treadwell and Katherine Lyles Treadwell.
She is survived by her husband, Bruce Smallwood of Carbon Hill; a sister, Linda Berry and husband James W. of Jasper; two nephews, Patrick Berry of Jasper and Bryan Berry and wife Renae and children Mason and Morgan of Parrish; an aunt, Virginia Lyles of Fayette; and a cousin, Grifton Carden of Northport.
