Funeral for Gayle Clemons Burch, 70, of Hartselle was Wednesday, Apr. 4, at 11 a.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Dewitt Crowe officiating.
Burial was in Shoal Creek Cemetery.
Mrs. Burch died Saturday, Mar. 31, 2007, at her residence. She was born July 12, 1936, in Morgan County to Robert Buford Clemons and Grace Clemons. She was a member of Southwest Baptist Church in Hartselle and was preceded in death by her father.
She is survived by her husband of 53 years, John David Burch Jr. of Hartselle; three sons, Keith Burch and wife Janet, Kraig Burch and Kerry Burch, all of Hartselle; two daughters, Karen Bagwell of Hartselle and Kaye Simoneaux and husband Curtis of Sneed; her mother, Grace Clemons of Hartselle; a brother, Larry Clemons of Danville; three sisters, Jean Kent of Hartselle and Joan James and Linda Greggs, both of Orlando, Fla.; nine grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
