HMC looking for top nurse

Hartselle Medical Center wants the public’s input on selecting its Patient Choice Award winner for Nurses Week May 6-12.
The award honors the care, comfort and compassion offered by nurses at HMC.
Nominations will be accepted until May 2. To nominate a nurse, send her name, a few paragraphs explaining the nomination, your name, the name of the patient seen at the hospital, address and phone numbers. Nominations should be sent to Marketing Director Kathy Goodwin, Hartselle Medical Center, 201 Pine Street NW, Hartselle, AL 35640, faxed to 773-4010 or emailed to Kathy_Goodwin@chs.net.
