Funeral for William G. Hale, 61, of Oroville, Calif. was Saturday, May 26, at Ebenezer Freewill Baptist Church with the Rev. Robert McMillan officiating.
Burial was in the adjoining cemetery with Peck Funeral Home directing.
Mr. Hale died Thursday, May 17, 2007, at his residence. He was born July 6, 1945, in Butte, Ohio, to Lester Hale and Pauline Brown Hale. He was a veteran. He is survived by his wife, Catherine Hale of Oroville, Calif.; two sons, David Hale of Janesville, Calif. and Michael Hale of Nevada; a daughter, Diane Hale of California; three brothers, Robert McMillan and John McMillan, both of Oregon, and James McMillan of California; two sisters, Gail Smith of Falkville and Wilda Wright of California; and seven grandchildren.
Family members and friends were pallbearers.
