A graveside service for Marie Holmes Clark, 80, of Falkville was Wednesday, June 13, at 11:00 a.m. at Falkville City Cemetery with Bro. Michael Mason officiating.
Mrs. Clark died Monday, June 11, 2007, at her residence.
She was born October 22, 1926, in Morgan County to Henry R. Holmes and Vinnie L. Smith Holmes. She attended Faith First Independent Church of Falkville. She was preceeded in death by her husband, Simon E. Clark.
She is survived by a son, Lewis Clark of Falkville; a stepson, Bobby R. Clark and wife Lois of Falkville; a daughter, Anne Moeller of Huntsville; a sister, Betty H. Clemons of Hartselle; two grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Family and friends served as pallbearers.
