Arthur 'Ots' Simmons

Funeral for Arthur "Ots" Simmons, 86, of Decatur was Monday, June 18, at 1 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Harold and Sharon Terry officiating.
Burial was in Mt. Tabor Cemetery.
Mr. Simmons died Saturday, June 16, 2007, at Parkway Medical Center in Decatur. He was born Oct. 9, 1920, in Morgan County to Elton Howard Simmons and Annie Bogle Simmons. He was preceded in death by a brother, Mack Simmons and two sisters, Audrey Tucker and Norma Gene Collins.
He is survived by two brothers, Noah Simmons of Hartselle and Joel Simmons of Arizona; and several nieces and nephews.
Nephews were pallbearers.
