Hartselle National 11/12 off to strong start

Hartselle National trailed 7-1 at one point before storming back to remain undefeated at the Sub-District A Tournament in Athens Saturday.
Hartselle National rallied to make it 7-6 after four innings and tied the game up in the fifth inning.
In the sixth inning, Jake Whitt hit a home run that proved the winning run. Jamo Maxwell allowed three hits and struck out nine to pick up the victory, pitching six innings.
Hartselle National 18, Morgan National East 2
Hartselle National ended the contest after four innings on the mercy rule. Hartselle National batted around three times in the game.
