Vera Grantland Ramey

Funeral for Vera Grantland Ramey, 69, of Hartselle was Monday, July 9, at 2 p.m. at Center Springs United Methodist Church with the Revs Van Windsor and Jack Redfearn officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.
Burial was in the adjoining cemetery. Mrs. Ramey died Friday, July 6, 2007, at UAB Hospital in Birmingham.. She is survived by two sons, Greg Freeze and Keat Freeze, both of Hartselle; a daughter, Dayna Reed and husband Bill of Athens; a brother, Hollis Grantland and wife Selma of Priceville; a sister, Betty Knighten of Somerville; two grandchildren, Rachael Little and husband Erich and Heather Berry; two great-grandchildren, Jake Little and Lyndsey Little; and a good friend, Rhonda Posey of Brooksville.
Nephews and friends were pallbearers.
