Funeral for Annie Chaney England, 94, of Falkville was Sunday, July 15, at 4 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Milan Dekich officiating.
Burial was in Falkville City Cemetery.
Mrs. England died Thursday, July 12, 2007, at Decatur General Hospital.
She was born Oct. 9, 1912, in Morgan County to Jesse Lee Chaney and Minnie Leona Tomlin Chaney.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Joel Webster "J. B." England; a brother, William Francis Chaney; and a grandchild.
She is survived by a daughter, Dorothy Lee Bates of Falkville; two grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Timothy Legg, Jacob Legg, Joshua Legg, Ryan Legg, Joel Bates and Daniel Bates.
