Funeral for Ples S. Graham, 88, of Hartselle will be Thursday (today), Aug. 16, at 11 a.m. at Hartselle Heritage Funeral Home with the Rev. Dan Tomlinson officiating.
Burial will be in Hartselle City Cemetery.
Mr. Graham died Monday, Aug. 13, 2007, at his residence. He was born February 15, 1919, in Cullman to James Alfred Graham and Fainie Inez Whatley Graham. He was a member of Rock Springs Baptist Church and served in the U.S. Army during World War II.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Graham of Hartselle; three sons, Dr. Kenneth Graham of Section; Milton Graham of Hartselle and David Webb of Kalamazoo, Mich; two daughters, Jeanette Taylor and Peggy Taylor, both of Chicago; two sisters, Aline Hill of Birmingham and Ima Nell Betterton of Huntsville;14 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Ken Graham, Christopher Taylor, Kyle Taylor, Allen Boyer, Ray Lawrimore and Shawn Taylor.
