Funeral for Betty Jean Dunn, 70, of Hartselle will be Thursday, Sept. 6, at 1 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Willie Delashaw officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Tabor Cemetery.
Mrs. Dunn died Monday, Sept. 3, 2007, at Hartselle Medical Center. She was a Baptist and was preceded in death by her husband, Hershel Vann Dunn Sr.
She is survived by a son, Hershel Van Dunn Jr. of Hartselle; a daughter, Jeanne Carol Jones and husband Mike of Hanceville; two brothers, Tommy Vinson and Bobby Vinson, both of Moulton; a sister, Peggy Warren of Moulton; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Jeremy Sams, Chris Stanley, J. D. Franks, Jonathan Long, Tony Vinson and Steve Tucker.
