Georgia Mae Dobbs Montgomery

Funeral for Georgia Mae Dobbs Montgomery, 87, of Meridianville was Sunday, Sept. 2, at 3 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Buddy McCullough officiating.
Burial was in Mt. Tabor Cemetery.
Mrs. Montgomery died Thursday, Aug. 30, 2007, at her residence. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Bruce Montgomery, a brother, Joel Dobbs and two sisters, Ida Eubanks and Willie Fay Hopper.
She is survived by two sons, Howard Johnson and wife Becky of Falkville and Bob McMillian and wife Peggy of Cookeville, Tenn.; a brother, H. L. Dobbs of Hartselle; a sister, Vivian Hopper of Hartselle; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Pallbearers were Howard Johnson, Larry Oden, Rex Slate, Buford Shull Jr., J. D. Hopper and Jim Shull.
