Tim 'Boo' Benedict

Funeral for Tim "Boo" Benedict, 39, of Decatur was Monday, Sept. 24, at 11 a.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Robert Sparkman officiating.
Burial was in Hartselle City Cemetery.
Mr. Benedict died Thursday, Sept. 20, 2007, at Decatur General Hospital. He was born March 27, 1968, to Jerry C. Benedict and Elaine Ivan Benedict. He graduated from Hartselle High School in 1986. He loved Auburn football, fishing, softball and spending time with his friends. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Gerald and Opal (Beal) Benedict and Martin Ivan.
He is survived by his parents, Jerry and Donna Benedict of Arley; two sisters, Wendy Wiggins and husband Shane of Hartselle and Jessica Pitts and husband Loyd of Decatur; three nieces, Brittany Clark, Isaabella Wiggins and Tonya Pitts; and three nephews, Riley Wiggins, Gunnar Wiggins and Keaton Pitts.
