Regarding no drivers licenses or no insurance. I wish Hartselle would do like Athens, Decatur (and i hear Trinity wants to get it passed) about towing the person's car. I have been involved with two accidents, both their fault, both no insurance. One with no license. My insurance rates went up because they didn't want to obey the law and have a license and coverage. Don't tell me that they can't afford it or it is a luxury they can't afford. Driving a car is a privilege, not a right that is granted to every one. If you cannot or will not do the right thing then get your car taken away until you wake up and find out you're not the only person out there on the road.
