Funeral for Pat Lindsey, 62, of Decatur was Friday, Oct. 12, at 11 a.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Donnie McDonald and Ted Vafeas officiating.
Mrs. Lindsey died Tuesday, Oct. 9, 2007, at Decatur General Hospital. She was born July 3, 1945, in Morgan County to Author Smallwood and Blanche Hollis Smallwood. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ted W. Lindsey, and mother, Blanche Hollis Smallwood.
She is survived by two sons, James Michael Lindsey of Moulton and Terry Jo Lindsey of Hartselle; two daughters, Rhonda Standridge of Hartselle and Kristen D. Jones of Decatur; her father, Author Smallwood of Hartselle; two brothers, Scotty Smallwood and Jerry Smallwood, both of Hartselle; two sisters, Maxine Martin of Decatur and Becky Stringer of Hartselle; nine grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
The family requests that memorials be made to Hospice of the Valley, Decatur, Ala.
