A memorial service for Mildred C. Wainscott, 92, of Falkville will be Saturday, Oct. 27, at 1 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. David Carroll officiating.
Mrs. Wainscott died Tuesday, Oct. 23, 2007, at Falkville Health Care Center. She was born October 4, 1915, in Mississippi.
She is survived by her husband, Lester Wainscott of Falkville; two daughters, Billie Strehl of St. Ann, Mo. and Christine Peterson and husband Richard "Pete" of Falkville; a sister, Theda Inman of Clever, Mo.; nine grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren.
