Funeral for Berniece L. Oden, 93, of Eva was Friday, Nov. 2, at 2 p.m. at Moss-Service Funeral Home Chapel with Jeremy Oden officiating.
Burial was in Flint Creek Cemetery.
Mrs. Oden died Tuesday, Oct. 30, 2007, at Summerford Nursing Home. He was born Jan. 13, 1914, to Martiin and Lula Crouch Morris. She was a lunchroom worker at Eva Elementary School and Brewer High School.
She is survived by a son, Rolland S. Oden and wife Elouise of Eva; a daughter, Judy Oden Thompson and husband Johnny of Hartselle; two sisters, Dorothy Anderson and Aretta Goodlett, both of Cullman; three grandchildren, Kelly Gregg Oden and wife Kim of Georgia; Scott J. Oden and wife Anita of Eva and Todd L. Thompson and wife Lisa of Falkville; six great-grandchildren, Morgan Oden, Chase Oden of Eva, Katie Oden, Sam Oden and Sydney Oden, all of Acworth, Ga. And Courtney Thompson of Falkville.
Pallbearers were Kelly G. Oden, Scott Oden, Todd Thompson, Dewayne Morris, Larry Dyer and Gary Lewis Livingston.
