Freda Bell Sparkman

A graveside service for Freda Bell Sparkman, 78, of Hartselle was Friday, Nov. 2, at 10 a.m. at Oak Ridge Cemetery with the Rev. Jeff Redmond officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.
Mrs. Sparkman died Tuesday, Oct. 30, 2007, at Hartselle Medical Center. She was born Nov. 4, 1928, in Morgan County to Elmer Entrekin and Grace Chunn Entrekin. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Pruitt Sparkman and two brothers, Jack Entrekin and Jimmy Entrekin.
She is survived by two sons, Dan Sparkman and wife Cindy and Steve Sparkman and wife Teresa, all of Hartselle; a daughter, Kathy Rooker and husband Ed of Athens; two sisters, Judy Anders of Hartselle and Jayne Parker of Decatur; seven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Grandsons were pallbearers.
