Tom Smart Outsmarts Halloween Travelers

A Halloween day prank created and carried out by Tom Smart had Main Street travelers doing double takes as they passed by Mack’s Paint &Body Shop on Halloween morning.
Dressed in women’s garb and encouraged by his boss, Mack Gardner, Smart dutifully stood on the sidewalk next to his stuffed child and waved to each car ands truck as they passed. Horns blasted occasionally, people waved, and a few lookers let loose with a whistle.
Smart said they bought the women’s clothes at a thrift shop across the street the day before.
