Howle Leo ‘Pedo’ Crewell

Funeral for Howle Leo “Pedo” Crewell, 64, of Hartselle was Saturday, Nov. 24, at 1 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Bobby Hill officiating.
Burial was in Oak Ridge Cemetery.
Mr. Crewell died Thursday, Nov. 22, 2007, at his residence. He served 12 years in the U. S. Army as a Hercules missile crewman. He was preceded in death by his mother, Atha Moore and stepfather, John Moore; two brothers, Billie Martin and Roy Wayne Martin; and a nephew, Jonathan Corbin.
He is survived by a brother, Wally Martin of Terry, Miss; three sisters, Katrina Martin and Brenda Byrd, both of Hartselle, and Freda Watkins of Bogart, Ga.; special friends and caregivers, Bruce and Rita McDonald; and several nieces and nephews.
Family members and friends were pallbearers.
