Funeral for Nancy Ellen Thomas, 69, of Toney will be Thursday (today) at 1 p.m. at Spry Funeral Home Chapel in Huntsville with the Rev. Talmedge Clayton officiating.
Burial will be in Valley View Memorial Gardens in Meridianville.
Mrs. Thomas died Sunday, Nov. 25, 2007, at a local hospital. She was a native of California and had lived in Alabama for the past 44 years. She was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and a nurse with the home health industry. She was also a member of West Huntsville United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband of 38 years, Ross Thomas.
She is survived by a son, Mike Thomas and wife Phyllis of Huntsville; three daughters, Ellen Holliday and husband John of Decatur; Lisa Thomas of Huntsville and Susan Austin and husband Don of Woodstock, Ga.; a brother, Bob King and wife Judy of Temecula, Calif; and six grandchildren.
