No increase foreseen in home heating costs

Hartselle Utilities management doesn’t expect home heating bills to increase this winter and there’s a possibility they could be slightly less than they were a year ago if long-range weather forecasts turn out to be accurate.
In addition, Bob Sittason, finance and accounting manager, had a piece of good news for electric customers.
Sittason said HU purchased gas for winter delivery in July and August when prices were at a seasonal low and bought additional supplies for storage in August and September.
