Weight Watchers classes meet on Mondays at 5 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. and Tuesdays at 9 a.m. at Sparkman Civic Center with weigh-ins beginning 30 minutes prior to each meeting. Call 1-800-651-6000 for more information.
Aerobics classes are offered Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays, 8-9 a.m. at Sparkman Civic Center. The monthly fee is $25 or pay $5 per visit. For more information, call Sparkman Civic Center at 773-2581.
The Decatur IAAP Chapter meets the second Tuesday of each month at Gerald's Family Restaurant, Highway 31 S, Decatur, at 6 p.m. No reservations are required.
