Eva man charged in Wal-Mart robbery

An Eva man is charged with robbery in the first degree in connection with a Jan. 12 incident at Wal-Mart in Decatur.
Steven Wayne Miller, 40, 42 Caudle Drive, is being held in the Morgan County Jail on $10,000 bond. Miller was arrested Jan. 12 after he allegedly attempted to leave Wal-Mart with merchandise from the store. He was stopped by loss-prevention personnel and allegedly threatened the employees with a knife before fleeing. Police issued a description of the suspect’s vehicle and Priceville Police and Decatur Police stopped Miller.
