Break-in reported at junior high school

Vandals forced their way into Hartselle Junior High School sometime after classes were dismissed Jan. 15. They broke open a cash register in the cafeteria, ransacked teachers’ desks in several classrooms and forced open the principal’s office door, according to Superintendent Dr. Mike Reed.
Barley said no arrests have been made but the investigation is continuing.
