Funeral for Tommy Barber, 54, of Falkville was Saturday, Jan 19, at 3 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Dennis Shaddix officiating.
Burial was in Piney Grove Cemetery.
Mr. Barber died Thursday, Jan. 17, 2008, at Cullman Regional Medical Center. He was born Feb. 12, 1953, in Cullman County to Edgar Barber and Virginia Greer Barber. He was employed at Sonoco and was a loving husband and father.
He is survived by his wife, Pat Barber of Falkville; a son, Chris Barber and wife Nellie of Falkville; two brothers, Allan Barber and wife Rita of Murfreesboro, Tenn. and Johnny Barber and wife Dianna of Cullman; two sisters, Glenda Smith and husband Frank of Petal, Miss. and Mary Holcomb and husband Terry of Vinemont; a granddaughter, Tasha Barber; and his father-in-law, Gurnie Williams.
