Wanles Gilbert Kellem

Funeral for Wanles Gilbert Kellem, 72, of Falkville was Friday, Feb. 1, at 2 p. m., at Union Hill Baptist Church near Eva with Bro. Doug Williams and Bro. Bobby Garrison officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.
Mr. Kellem died Tuesday, Jan. 28, 2008, at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Birmingham. He was born May 23, 1935, in Morgan County to Grady Kellem and Dova Johnson Kellem. He worked as a carman on CSX Railroad.
He is survived by his wife, Jeraldean Kellem of Falkville; a son, Keith Kellem of Louisiana; two daughters, Debbie Seagroves and Vickie James, both of Falkville; three sisters, Dean Kellem and Desma Lemons, both of Morgan City and Leigh Cobbs of Springville; eight grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers were family members and friends.
