Gaming devices to be destroyed at landfill

For the third time, Morgan County law enforcement officers will be destroying electronic gaming machines, enforcing what has become known as the “Chuck E. Cheese Act.”
According to District Attorney Bob Burrell, the video gambling machines were seized from the back room of Smokes and More on Neel School Road. The machines will be demolished at the Decatur landfill. The machines were seized by agents with the Morgan County Drug Task Force March 21, 2007.
