Harry Newman

A memorial service for Harry Newman, 67, of Hartselle was Monday, Feb. 18, at 11 a.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Bill Partridge officiating.
Mr. Newman died Friday, Feb. 15, 2008, at University Hospital in Birmingham. He was born June 12, 1940, in Morgan County to James Homer Newman and Margaret Summerford Newman. He was a self-employed heavy equipment operator and contractor.
He is survived by his wife, Irene Newman of Hartselle; two daughters, Suzanne King and Beth Long, both of Hartselle; two stepchildren, Terry and Belinda Dobbs; and four grandchildren.
